Please follow the steps below to activate your App and receive your messages:
- Download the HolidayCom app from the Google Play or Apple Store.
While downloading the App will ask you to be allowed to push messages to your phone, tap on yes.
- Open the App and create an account.
- Log in and go to Choose property.
- Type part of your property name in the field Search property, the system will suggest the full property name.
- Click or tap on the right property name.
- Insert in From field the arrival date of your holiday period.
- Insert in To field the departure date of your holiday period.
- Check the number of nights in the Nights field.
- Enter your reservation number in the Reservation number field, if you don’t have a reservation number you may leave this field empty. Be aware that filling in a reservation number will ease the property reception in sending you messages regarding your reservation.
- Click on Save to save the inserted details.
- Go to Properties, you should now see the inserted property.
- Click or tap on the property name and you will see the property Activities and Languages.
- Click or tap on Activities and select the activities of your interest. You only will receive messages for the selected activities.
- Click or tap on Languages and select the language in which you wish to receive your messages.
You’re all set up!
From now you will be able to receive all messages regarding your favorite activities for the whole period of your holiday.
